Paul entered the workforce in 2008 during one of the most challenging job markets.  After a couple years of thankless entry level work that didn't pay enough money for him to support himself, Paul started ComputronPC, Inc. in Gainesville, GA - a one-man home-based computer repair business.  Finally earning enough money to live comfortably, Paul operated this business from 2010 to 2015.

In December 2012, Paul bought his first investment property - a duplex in Gainesville for $65k.  Using the income from ComputronPC and his newfound rental income, Paul dedicated himself to purchasing more and more residential real estate in Gainesville.

Paul Formed Notel Motel, LLC in 2013 as a holding company for his real estate.

In late 2013, the FCC started accepting applications for new FM radio stations, so Paul applied, which ultimately brought him to Athens in 2015 to operate Bulldog 93.3, a local FM radio station covering the greater Athens area.

Now in Athens, Paul dissolved the computer repair business but kept his real estate in Gainesville.  Once moving to Athens, all of his new real estate acquisitions were Athens-based.  This explains why Notel Motel holds properties in these two specific locales.

After managing real estate for nearly ten years, Paul turned property management duties over to Titan Realty Advisors, lead by friend and real estate broker Joe Silva.
